SOUTHINGTON REPUBLICAN TOWN COMMITTEE
CAUCUS MAY 23, 2012
There will be a Republican Caucus for all registered republicans in the Town of Southington at 7:00 PM on May 23 2012 at Spartan’s II Restaurant 930 Meriden Waterbury Road, Southington CT.
The caucus is to select a House of Representatives candidate for the 81st district. You must be a registered republican living in the 81st district to vote in this election.
In addition all Southington Registered Republicans are invited to vote for the Registrar of Voters and for 10 Justices of the Peace |

CHERYL LOUNSBURY Announcing Candidacy for 81st District
On Saturday April 21st, at 10:00 a.m., Cheryl Lounsbury will announce her candidacy for the 81st CT State House District. The event will be at Move Over Martha’s, 33 Center St, Southington and all are welcome. “I’m excited about running for this State House seat,” said ...Cheryl. “My previous experience working for Congresswoman Nancy Johnson allowed me to work with both the state and federal governments. Serving on Southington’s Town Council has given me a “hands on” knowledge of the needs of municipalities. Living and raising a family in Southington provided personal understanding of the wants and needs of our families.”
“My priority will be to keep the focus on state economy and jobs. I believe that Democrats are using social issues – schools, the death penalty, etc. – to distract voters from what really needs to be done – passing realistic budgets, and building an economic environment designed to encourages business growth and therefore jobs.”
All are welcome to this event. Light refreshments will be served.

There will be a caucus of all enrolled Republican electors of the Town of Southington on Monday, January 16th at Spartans II, 930 Meriden Waterbury Turnpike at 7:00 p.m. to endorse candidates for the Republican Town Committee.
